I sell CD ROMs of e-books which people request sent to them. I need email addresses and shipping addresses for that purpose.

I am committed to customer satisfaction. I believe I offer a great value of a CD ROM filled with e-books for only $12.95 plus shipping and handling. Although I cannot imagine anyone being unsatisfied with what I offer, I very much want my customers to be satisfied, and to be treated by me the way I would want to be treated. Therefore, I will take a customer's word, who says that their CD did not arrive, and I will refund their money if it does not arrive. I do not send insured or registered, etc, unless the customer requests that and pays for it. On the other side of the coin, I trust that you will not send me a check that will bounce for insufficient funds. If this does happen, you agree to send me a money order in the replacement amount.
